We use an EMR called Elation. The patient portal is called Passport. When you schedule your first appointment you will be given instructions for setting up a Passport account. This will allow you to email your provider, request certain refills, receive lab orders and results and more all on a HIPPA secure platform. If you are a patient at more than one clinic that uses Elation Passport, make sure you toggle to the correct clinic in the upper right corner, otherwise your message could go to the wrong provider.
